My name is Khanh Phuong Nguyen. I enjoy learning and being able to understand languages outside of my mother tongue. I find it fascinating that in any languages, there will always be words, phrases, or sentences that cannot be fully conveyed in other languages. I personally think translation is a job that is often looked down on, be it due to the availability of machine translating tools or ignorance stemming from the lack of knowledge regarding the field. I am still yet to know exactly what I want to aim for once I graduate, but I hope it will involve languages and the art of translation.
